Did I sweat enough?



Happy Aloha Friday!


Let’s talk about what counts as movement... literally anything that involves you moving your body! It could be cleaning, walking the dog, taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Really anything that connects us to our body.


When we stop looking at movement as it having to be something that leaves us drenched in sweat, we can instead look at it as a form of self care and a way to connect with ourselves on a different level.


Movement is supposed to improve our mental health, lower our stress levels, and improve our energy and concentration. If your movement isn’t doing this, take a step back and look at how you can simplify it a bit more as well as make it enjoyable.
